Your proposal includes a 1-year warranty on all workmanship. If Baths Plus Inc. installs an item incorrectly, Baths Plus Inc. will replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not apply to sealants, caulks, silicones, or products that have been serviced by other companies. Manufacturer’s warranties affect each specific product.

Baths Plus Inc. carries insurance, including worker compensation and public liability. Alterations and/or deviations are executed on your orders and will become an additional charge. All agreements are contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. All debris will be disposed of properly. The job site will be kept in a neat and tidy manner. Dust protection: carpet film and drop cloths, rosin paper, or plastic sheeting to form barrier walls to contain most dust. The homeowner is responsible for personal objects in and around work areas.
