Baths Plus Warranty

Your proposal includes a (1) year warranty on all workmanship. Baths Plus Inc. will replace the item at no charge if installation has been installed improperly by BathsPlus Inc. This warranty does not include caulks, silicones or sealers and or items that have been serviced by others. Manufacturer’s warranties affect each specific product.

Baths Plus Inc. carries insurance including Workers Compensation and Public Liability. Alterations and/or deviations are executed on your orders and will become an additional charge. All agreements are contingent upon accidents or delays beyond our control. All debris will be disposed of properly. Job site will be kept in a neat and tidy manner. Dust protection; carpet film and drop cloths or rosin paper, plastic sheeting, to form barrier walls to contain most dust. Homeowner is responsible for personal objects, in and around work areas.
